I made an online purchase of two Jellycats, including one that was impossible to find locally. My order arrived quickly and was so obviously packaged with great care to ensure that my items arrived in pristine condition. As hard as I have tried to enjoy this store, they are unorganized, never have stock. On an online order for pick up, they want to charge shipping, at that comment she told me I could email Janice. I will order with 15% off from Cosiglios online and free shipping. You have lost my business
Please do not waste your time. Janice is very rude and I had to file a PayPal complaint for her to respond to my issue, and when she did, her email was just excuses, accusations and lies. Not worth the headache.
