Used HTC when sold & bought Anne was great. Was an easy process. Chose them for my current sale was informed I would have Simon..asked for someone else as a friend had daid she had difficulty contacted him. Was ensured he'd be in touch. Haven't heard from him & whenever I ring the receptionist, don't always answer phone, but when I speak to her she is great & says he's not available but will email him to follow up.which she has done several times.He hasn't. Well we are supposed to settle tomorrow but I have no idea what is going on because our lawyer won't return our emails or phone calls. Unfortunately this is not a one time situation. Dealing with a lawyer that seems uninterested and unprofessional has been the most stressful part of our home buying process. I suggest avoiding this firm.
