1 star is lenient! Home Thyme is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order in APRIL for it to still not be delivered by September. Do not purchase from this company, they don’t answer or correspond to any emails, phone calls or messages. It took 6 months of asking where my item was for them to muck me around, thankfully it resulted in refund but 6 months down the track. Ridiculous.
Beautiful homewares shop with great staff that are always on hand to gift wrap and have a chat.
Took our money, didn’t deliver the item. Stopped responding to emails when we asked for a refund. Had to report to NSW Fair Trading. BEWARE.
I live in Melbourne. When I ordered it was through Pay Pal for a delivery to my house. They said I ordered for store pick up but I did not. Then they would not give me a refund.
