Online Buyers Beware! A ‘system error’ allowed me to purchase an item that was out of stock. I was unethically only offered a replacement of a different item but I requested a refund (which I’m legally entitled to). Had no response after multiple attempts to contact, so had to lodge a transaction dispute with my bank to get my money back. Just terrible customer service.
