Used Bravas for my North Texas home, was a large project. The up front sales person was ok and attentive. In the end though we were oversold equipment/solutions, it wasn't ever properly configured (e.g. Lutron) and the post sales follow-up was very fragmented and poor while our sales person moved on to selling more equipment to new customers. If you live in Highland Park or University Park, there are more qualified firms to use. Disappointed with our installation process and coordination.
DO NOT RECOMMEND BRAVAS. Money-hungry people and shady business practices. Take your money elsewhere. We have been overcharged for every service with Bravas for over 3 years. We discovered this and canceled - months ago. We are owed credit, and now we are being invoiced for a system we canceled-months ago. Their accounting department is clueless. Your obnoxious driver is rude and beeped excessively. There is no professionalism, just a driver with road rage, acting like a 16-year-old who just got his license. The driver did not reflect the high quality, luxury brand I thought Bravas to be.
