Jeff Franklin has been an incredible technology support….. always with a can do attitude and fixes all of our technology issues! He designed and installed an unbelievable TV and music system which we really enjoy!
We had Home Theatre Associates mount our living room tv. Jeff and his team were terrific! Very communicative, professional, and friendly. We will definitely hire them again.
Jeff was wonderful. He came to my home and we discussed what I was looking to do. He then provided me with two quotes. Once I decided, Jeff was very prompt in getting to my home. Once he and his associate arrived they installed my system. They were efficient and worked cleanly. I They installed recessed speakers and a home amp. I could not be anymore happier with this company and my system. In the future if I need anything I will be calling him.
Jeff and Colby are excellent. They are professionals. They explain things so you understand what they are going to do. There recommendations are what you need not to pad the bill. Their workmanship is excellent and they are very cautious of what you have in your house. They follow up with you on how your system is working and they care about the customer. I highly recommend them for work. John
