Jeff and Colby were personable, knowledgeable, good problem solvers and offered services at a fair price. Love the new TV! Jeff offered to keep the customer service available if/ when I need his expertise in the future. Overall, a great experience!
Jeff and Ateam his assistant installed my internet and router, oled tv and Rti controller. Lots of issues that they worked through with xfinity and rti. Converted my house speakers from analog to digital too. Four days and many hours spent at my house over the summer for these projects. Over the phone troubleshooting a couple of times too.
Jeff recently installed our home security cameras. He did a fantastic job, especially considering we already had the cameras and that he didn't have first hand experience with the particular brand of cameras we were asking him to install. However, that didn't stop Jeff from quickly figuring out the installation and then teaching us how to access the cameras, make changes, etc. The cameras are hard wired and he neatly hid the bundle of wires in our small office that would otherwise have been an eye sore. Jeff was very prompt , took the time to figure out the issue with my TV, followed up to ensure everything was working correctly . He was very professional and showed a genuine concern in identifying the problem .
I had installed 15 years ago a at the time a state of the art multi tv and audio system for 5 rooms ..As time went by the system became unmanageable and I eventually couldn't use much of the system..My daughter googled and found Home theater associates ..we made an appointment..Jeff showed up on time as scheduled..Gave us options on how to update and streamline our entertainment theatre's system..We are back up and running enjoying all the benefits of our original system with a few updated units..Highly recommended this comp... read more
