I would give a lower review if possible. Our home alarm has been beeping with an error code, requiring a communicator replacement. We have been calling them for several days now. This alarm notification goes off multiple times a day - mostly between the hours of midnight and 5 am. No one answers the phone and messages are not returned. They continue to withdraw a quarterly monitoring fee. Total rip off. I will contact the BBB and my bank to stop the auto pay.
If I could give zero stars I would. We signed a 3 year contract when we built our last house. We ended up moving a year and a half later and it was communicated to me when I called to cancel that I signed a 3 year contract and to avoid paying the 500 dollars to cancel I could transfer it to my new house to finish out the contract. Instead of doing that, they signed me up for another 3 years. Shame on me for not reading the contract and trusting I was signing what was agreed upon, I will own that.
