Did not know this company until yesterday. Apparently our builder used them to pretreat for termites on our two year old home. We now have termites in our basically new home. When calling to get some answers they were less than helpful and pretty much rude. I'm sure I may have said things they didn't like based on the treatment my builder used, but I have had four other pest control companies back up my comments. I fault our builder for our problems but they could have provided better customer service.
I would not recommend this service to anyone! I had yearly service with this company for several years. I discontinued the service. I have recently contacted them about gaining my service back. I was told because over years of services I had 2 late payments that they could no longer do business with me based on their policy. 2 LATE PAYMENTS WHICH I PAID! Please feel free to share this with anyone not to utilize this company.
Professional service. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right and pests are totally eliminated.
