Ordered my lounge in September 2024. Paid the deposit at the same time. Was told delivery would be late November early December. I sold my lounge in preparation for the new one and kept my recliner. On the day of delivery I was told it wasn't on that shipment. I would now have to wait until 30th March 2025!!!! I asked for my deposit back and was told I would lose 30% which was my full deposit.
