Don't purchase anything unless it is in store and can take straight away. Ordered sofa bed, paid a deposit but will not receive as Helensvale store is now closed. BUYER BEWARE! Would have put no stars but not an option :-(

This is a scammed company.I never received my sofa bed.I never heard from anyone.I bought it on 1st of December.It ment to deliver on the 15 th of December.Never get delivery.I went to the store no one there is closed.No one answered the phone.I want my hard earned money back.My sick mom have no where to sit .This is horrible what this company does to so many people. I wish what you did and you get what you deserve.
Purchased a lovely couch from the showroom. Unfortunately they failed to deliver the couch on the scheduled delivery date without any explanation. Impossible to get anything escalated through customer service.
i be had my $4000 corner lounger for 8 months now and it looks shabby and cheap . The fabric is loose and the foam filling has moved . I have filled in an online contact form with pictures are requested on your website , 8 days ago . I am still waiting for a reply and after reading your reviews o am about to contact the ACCC for further advise . Please contact me for a refund and come and collect your corner lounge !
