So happy with the service and my purchase. The A team delivery guys were very careful with delivery and on time. Great store!
I had to give a star to be able to post about the poor customer service in store and from head office. I purchased sofas from their Goulburn store, was told that delivery would be within a month, nobody contacted any of the numbers that I provided and still no sign of delivery. When I went in store to ask (travelling from Canberra as nobody calls you back!) they got me to talk to head office staff which kept interrupting me whilst I was explaining the situation.
