This place is just unbelievable, paid 2 deposit for a 9 piece dinner and it’s has been 8 months haven’t heard a thing in the last 6 months. Went in the store and they couldn’t find any records and said I ordered through their store in Sydney, and they couldn’t do anything. But I have my invoice and payments recorded were all from the Bundall store. Avoid this company like the plague
If I could give 0 stars we would. Customer service from head office is non existent. Bought modular lounge delivered end of June 2023 By January back of seats on both end pieces had flattened with no support. Contacted store who advised us to email head office. No response at all. After countless phone calls to store a guy called Peter came out inspected chairs and said they needed replacing. We were advised they were in the next container due in May 2024. They are now advising replacements not in container. Still not heard ... read more
