HSH has a great and unique selections of furniture specifically the customer service is truly amazing with Ravi told her what we were looking for and she helped us going above and beyond. She was not pushing at all. Loved her patience and guidance through out the process Highly recommended thank you Ravi.

DO’NT PURCHASE THE INSURANCE. I purchased a bed here just two years ago and had a great experience (see my original review). However I advise anyone to not buy the insurance, it is a third party who handles it and they are no help at all. I wish HSH wouldn’t do business with that third party.

However I advise anyone to not buy the insurance, I paid $200 for the insurance and my bed broke on 6/1/25, I submitted the claim to the insurance carrier and was reached out to by Home Sweet Home on 71/25 to send photos of the damage, but never heard back once I sent the photos. It is now the end of September and nothing has been resolved.
I purchased a sofa, loveseat, accent chairs and dresser and I could not be more happy! Waited to post a review to know that what I got was worth it and it so is. Value was exceptional. Customer service from Revi was exceptional. Listened to what I had in mind, made fantastic suggestions and helped pick out pieces that complemented each other. 10/10 would highly recommend.
