This company has taken money from a frail old age disabled wheel chair bound. Lady of £40 cash. The company was also paid through bank accounts.. when this error was pointed out. The lady said she will pay the money back but we had many text messages passed through and she never mentioned once about having an additional cost for cleaning products etc that we didn’t have the fortnight before on their cleaning. I have used Home Sweet Home for a regular clean every fortnight for many many years with no complaints I’ve always found them to be very good and Izzy is extremely helpful 😊
