Poor customer service and price. We had to buy one piece of trim in which they had to buy a specific blade for over $250 for the blade. When picking up the trim, they refuse to give us the blade we paid for back, stating it is their blade now. We paid 100% of the cost for that blade, which means that should be returned to us. We’ve been getting the runaround and cannot get any decent explanation as to why they keep the blade we purchased. Terrible customer service and knowledge.

When the big company in town lost our order after telling us it was almost ready for 6 weeks, Home Supply, bailed us out and saved the job. They beat the lead time, the budget and produced a product for us that was beyond expectation. This is the place you need to go for your home building supply needs and your custom wood work needs. Home supply is a great company. Family owned feeling much more courteous service than retail chains for filling orders and custom work is top notch. Second to none.
