Raj is a great sales person, very knowledgeable, we have been buying furniture from past 8 years. highly recommend.
The customer service I experienced today at this store is not worthy of even1 star. The 1 gentleman we dealt , who spoke Punjabi with us, had no customer service skills. Simply over a misunderstanding about the material of a dining table he got very irritated with us. His body language and tone of his voice showed how very little patience he has.
