I was referred to this store when the one in Kitchener could not be bothered to help me, for that reason I am very glad. Talked to a salesman named Raj, who went above and beyond to assist me. I am a senior who has never ordered on line before and found it intimidating, he was kind, patient and helpful. I live in St. Thomas but went to this store because they had the best price for the item I wanted. He was able to help me to get what I wanted and I am so pleased.
