Terrible customer loan service. I'd choose another place to finance your home through. This says a lot, since I have financed two loans with them.We are currently going through some finacial difficulties and feel bullied by their antics. We have been honest in our circumstances and have communicated monthly. Very poor customer service.

These guys were helpful in getting a mortgage for our home a couple years ago. They were knowledge and helped us find a good interest rate. I've had to really watch and make sure my extra principle payments went to principle. When I caught it they were quick to fix it. They are based out of Seattle. My major complaint is they just sold our mortgage to a different really large company. That's within their right, but not something they were upfront about.
