Awesome place to get long-term food storage. The food is dried or freeze dried, or simply canned such that it will last. Most items have a 30-year storage life. Flour and Carrots have a 10-yr storage life. Pancake Mix and Hot Cocoa Mix have a 2-yr storage life. The storage life date begins at the "Julian Date" which is not the date of purchase.
