Very disappointed with this company. Bought 2 Recliners. First the color was not what I ordered. The morning of delivery I was told this. The delivery was almost 3 hours late. The salesperson asked if I would accept the different color, I said ok. She then told me if I wasn't happy with the chairs we could arrange "something". I've had the chairs less than 2 weeks and they are faulty. I called the store and was told they won't exchange or help me. Now I need to go the manufacturer. This store is not at all reputable.
