This has been my bank for over 20 years. I've tried to like it. I like the thought of a locally owned bank and to say I've given them the benefit of the doubt is an understatement, but they have just always been a hassle. Nothing is open on nights or weekends. Their software is always clunky and I've been locked out of my account until business hours countless times. Overseas travel will lock you out even if you tell the software that you approve the transactions and of course business hours always means it's a factor. My Ze... read more
