"People You Can Talk To?" "People you can talk to?" Ha. Maybe while they were still in Kandiyohi and still had Jim Strouth. Several times the past few years I have tried to discuss issues with my account, and they couldn't care less about my particular circumstances. I am closing my account with them. I am done tolerating their crap. Definitely one of the worst banks I've ever encountered, and I've moved around a lot, so experienced many.
