The trend seems to be the same with this store, nice and modern furniture, but the delivery and the customer service is poor. Delivery was a disappointment, compared to my last purchase form a neighboring store, that provided a much better deliver service. They dropped the product, no catalogues and no instruction was given when boxes were opened ( FYI, I paid for delivery and installment). I purchased four items from this store. The order was placed in August and as promised, the items were delivered 8 weeks later. One of the coffee tables was not the one I had ordered. They corrected the error and of course, I had to wait another 8 weeks for the correct one to be delivered. Mistakes happen, and the supply chain can drag on, I understand. I love furnitures and accessories here but I really DIDN'T enjoy my shopping there because of VERY poor customer service that I received. Although at least 5-6 staff were there, no one welcomed me and no one care about my questions, it took 30 min of me standing and asked front desk to send me some one that I can ask few questions about pieces that I want. At the end when someone came, he was not super helpful and not friendly, also he gave me lots of wrong information.

Nice furniture but customer service is lacking at the Ottawa Store. First shipment of chairs had issues with feet so I brought them in to be fixed (no apology). Couple of months later went in person to the Ottawa store and couldn't find the same salesperson. Male receptionist said maybe I should return another day (!!!). I asked for ANY sales person and told him I wanted to buy the same 4 chairs that day please. No apology for delays or waiting around for 10-15 minutes. First, please either pay Zoe more or assign her to a different position — otherwise, she will cost you clients. She looks incredibly bitter at the front desk. Visibly annoyed, with a closed-off expression and constant eye-rolling that resembles tantrums. Extremely unpleasant, as if she was forced to work there. Then, the salespeople will only smile at you to get your money. Once your purchase is complete, don’t expect any customer service. INEXISTANT.
