Worst costumer service ever. We purchased a patio set and 2 beds. We wanted to assemble it ourselves as the rooms weren’t ready. Both of the beds came with no assembly instructions. It’s took us a week to get them. Now when we assembled the second bed it’s missing parts, no slats or bolts. I called and they promised me to call back the same day and didn’t. I won’t recommend this store to anyone. They do have some nice furniture, but lacking costumer service. Go for Rove Concept, Mobilia and others and avoid this store.
The trend seems to be the same with this store, nice and modern furniture, but the delivery and the customer service is poor. Delivery was a disappointment, compared to my last purchase form a neighboring store, that provided a much better deliver service. They dropped the product, no catalogues and no instruction was given when boxes were opened ( FYI, I paid for delivery and installment). I purchased four items from this store. The order was placed in August and as promised, the items were delivered 8 weeks later. One of the coffee tables was not the one I had ordered. They corrected the error and of course, I had to wait another 8 weeks for the correct one to be delivered. Mistakes happen, and the supply chain can drag on, I understand. I love furnitures and accessories here but I really DIDN'T enjoy my shopping there because of VERY poor customer service that I received. Although at least 5-6 staff were there, no one welcomed me and no one care about my questions, it took 30 min of me standing and asked front desk to send me some one that I can ask few questions about pieces that I want. At the end when someone came, he was not super helpful and not friendly, also he gave me lots of wrong information.
