We can't thank Grace @ Must Society enough for an amazing experience. After months of searching, we found not just a sofa but our Pinterest dream cloud-soft sofa that felt like sinking into a perfect cloud. Both Grace and her manager went above and beyond, staying past 8 pm on a Thursday to help us finalize everything and ensure timely delivery. The store offers high end furniture, no doubt. We purchased several times from here and despite we met different sales people ,we go what we asked . Delivery was not an issue. Installation not an issue. Definitely they are not perfect and even sometime the price did not reflect my need for that day, I come back an other time when the sales were on and even small room of extra negotiations could be done. Customer service ,as i work in customers service , every consultant is different. Be patient you buy furniture!

Horrible customer service. The order was placed a month ago online. Payment already collected. No response from this company to multiple queries by their online form or by phone. Their online order tracking mechanism does not work. I don't think they deserve to be in business.
