Buyer beware. We are owed $736 per our agreed contract with Home Société Ottawa. The store and the manager have ghosted us over the course of several weeks, failing to reply to multiple emails and voicemails. The one time I got through to a woman on the phone she indicated she would get back to me and then never did. Also, a seam on our 2 month old custom sofa is already coming apart - no word on how that might be remedied either. Appalling disrespect for customers.

STAY AWAY!!! We ordered, we received everything wrong and miss matched. 22 email: responses 0 31 calls: responses 0 1 month in our $700 wrong order. Absolutely ZERO responses from this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ATT: Must. this is 2025, not 1985! So we have mismatched plates for sale, highest bidder!
It is the second time in 2 years that we place rather large orders for furnishings for out homes from Home Societe Ottawa. Both times we dealt with Sara Belkastali. I don't normally write positive reviews, but the level of attention, service, and care that Sara provided was simply outstanding and went above and beyond. Our first order 2 years ago had an issue with a custom sofa that ended up being too large to enter our condo and Sara coordinated the return and reorder of a new one with out any fuss at no extra cost.
