Dishonest. Ownership. They refused to return or exchange 2 chairs I purchased after agreeing they would if I returned them by Monday which I did. Then Tina accused me of damaging them, her husband accused me of throwing the pillows out the windows. I went to Home and Salvage on 5/8/21 searching for a sofa and found one that I liked. A friendly staff, Susan, approached me and told me that it was not for sale because it was a floor sample. However, she informed the owner, Tina, that I was interested in purchasing the sofa on the spot, so the owner said she would have to think about it for a few days.
