I ordered some safemove Movers , but then cancelled the order. I was told no problem no movers will come out to help you and you'll be refunded what you've paid. After two months and multiple attempts and much frustration I still don't have a refund. Only call this number and call that number. I finally got ahold of the moving company who said I needed to cancel differently or who knows what, and he was really rude. They aren't going to refund my money.

To start I just want to say THANK YOU to my customer service team for being so responsive and attentive to my move and I know that my area for pick up was not the easiest and my driver (Andrew) was the absolute best and PROFESSIONAL! They packed up the entire house in less than 4 hours and we’re on the road. Just want to say thank you again and I would highly recommend this company in the future!

My sister engaged them for a move out of state from Indiana to South Carolina. She gave them a $1600 deposit. Since then, she has had to change her plans and is no longer moving to SC. This company is refusing to refund her deposit. My sister lives on Social Security and this is almost a month’s income for her. The business manager I spoke to on the phone refused to even give me his name and was extremely disrespectful. I am going to pursue this with every available legal tool.

Don't do it, runaway. This company is a scam. Quote one thing and surprise when they turn up ots double the price. We Sent the photos of everything we wanted moved. Stay away from this company.

I just used them for my move to Texas and they did a great job. The price was fair & accurate. They kept me updated throughout the process and most importantly, all my items arrived in the same condition! They took care in disassembling the furniture & pad wrapping everything. They did such a great job, I referred one of my employees relocating next month. Thanks for everything Home Safe and I definitely recommend you!
