They simply sell crap and treat customers the same. I purchased a sofa from Homerooms furniture at the home and garden show and was told it would be very durable and that their company stood by their products. He (the owner) even said that they would repair the sofa if there were any rips, tears or even cigarette burn holes. He also said that they wanted to make their customers happy. Name Brand but Lower Prices! Talk about don't judge a book by it's cover!!! At first glance, the place looks small and old and you'll think you made a mistake. But GO IN! We'd just left Nebraska Furniture Mart not far from Home Rooms, and ended up seeing the same couch & chaise for over $200 less!!! AND it came with a recliner!! Even better, it wasn't 6-8 weeks before we would get it, it was less than 3 and that was only b/c that's when we requested it for.
