Staff in the showroom where nice honest and open about their products and good to deal with. But the tradesman/installer was extremely arrogant and rude he had no respect for our clean house. Had no time to listen to the customers thoughts. His skill level was very poor and when asked if he could tidy up a few of his mistake he became rude and arrogant
