We was looking for a new sofa and Sue was incredibly patient and knowledgeable without being pushy. The quality of the pieces in the showroom is top-notch. Highly recommend
Super comfy chair for long study/work days I tried this chair in store and was really impressed. The light grey leather looks clean and modern and the padding on the back and seat is thick and supportive. The high backrest supports my whole head and neck, and the built-in lumbar area feels much better than a basic office chair. We got this from Home Quarters Richmond location. Friendly staff and great collection. We bought quite a few items from here.
Got my couch at home quarters Richmond. They offer great quality options and good prices for what you’re getting. Choose a water/stain resistant and super comfortable one. Sue was also helpful and accommodating. I’m happy with my purchase so far!
As someone who's lived in Richmond, I can't believe I haven't been here earlier?! The whole experience from selection to service to delivery was next level (shoutout to my salesperson Yvonne for her help). At the showroom of Home Quarters, Alex patiently and professionally provided us valuable information and good advice.
