Can’t say enough good things about Charles and Home pro. Not only did he call me back within a couple hours of my leaving a message. He was able to fit me in within a day - he showed up, he was professional and pleasant and did a great job. Including vacuuming up the dust afterwards … it’s the little things that are the big things sometimes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him 100%!
Charles was outstanding. I received an immediate call back, he was able to get me scheduled the next day and he did a fantastic job installing a 98" big screen on the wall. He was well prepared with tools and spare parts and reconnected the home theater system to make it better than it was previously. I would highly recommend him, and will be using him again for other projects.
We will agree with all the 5 star reviews that Charles is a pleasure to work with and really knows the current technology. He set us up with a new home entertainment system and we didn't even have to leave the house. His recommendations were perfect for us and even made our Spectrum subscription work at it's top performance. Our old system did not take advantage of what they offer. Or, should I say, my husband and I were not adept at figuring it out. We are beyond happy with our new toys! Thank you Charles!!
