ALWAYS kind, patient, clear, and understanding. No lobby only drive thru. Takes walk ups. Parking lot always clean. Easy in and out. No trailers.

I love banking at HomePride Bank in Norwood. It's close to home, I can get any of my vehicles through the drive through without having to squeeze the dually through a narrow hole. Joni is the BEST bank lady I have ever met. She is always very helpful and friendly!!! If I have any questions she is always ready to help get me answers.
