Very beautiful place
Lovely residents but the facility is poorly managed. They do not care about their clients once you’ve moved in. Communication with anyone in this company is ignored if deemed too difficult. Facilities have been allowed to deteriorate too. Very disappointed.
My in-laws live here. This is their home. The location on the water is quite nice, and the facilities are pretty decent. Management, on the other hand, always seems to be rude, entitled, insecure middle-aged women who want to swing their authority around instead of being welcoming. Currently the manager is named Marika. You'd think that when we come to visit as guests, (as we are well and truly allowed to do!!) ... Instead of saying "Welcome, nice to meet you, hope you enjoy your visit here" ... (you know, hospitality) ... W... read more
