If you think Mireeka was rude, try dealing with the new Manager Deb, she's an absolute tyrant 🤬 Lovely residents but the facility is poorly managed. They do not care about their clients once you’ve moved in. Communication with anyone in this company is ignored if deemed too difficult. Facilities have been allowed to deteriorate too. Residents call it Shabby Shores! Very disappointed.
This place is getting worse, not better. Since Deb took over management, the environment has become absurdly petty and hostile to residents. The kind of rigid, small-minded enforcement creates resentment, not community. Facilities are also declining. The hot tub spa is now barely warm, apparently because management would rather restrict comfort than provide what residents are paying for. Maintenance overall feels neglected. Love Deb and Marjorie Great to deal with beautiful village and homes on the water Kimberly Is Great to deal with too! Will Definitely live there for water Views!!!
