The selection of patio furniture here is fantastic, but the customer service is absolutely awful. We have spent over $10,000 at this store in the past month and came in recently to purchase a few more items. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee, Tish, does not greet customers, acts bothered when you ask for help, and seems annoyed when you actually want to make a purchase. Great, locally owned business. Everyone who works there is really friendly. Shout out to Bernard, who was able to magically load 3 big outdoor chairs into our SUV while it was really hot outside. He was very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
