Had sound bar mounted below tv they were replacing screen on. Upon removal of tv they managed to partially pull the mounts out of the wall for the sound bar. Then proceeded to call my wife a liar when she confronted them about it. He also mentioned we were lucky they weren't charging us a $50 fee to remove the tv from the wall. Which they never mentioned when scheduling! Would not let these people in my house again!
They fixed my GE Microwave. Fortunately it was a warranty repair, but sadly GE dropped the ball and it took almost 3 months to get it. Aside from fixing my microwave, John mainly repair refrigerators and he is certified to work on closed systems. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to repairing appliances!
Had another appliance repair say we needed a new washer. Future appliance came and repaired it same day. Great service
