Wouldn't let us do a wrong size exchange with a lost receipt. Even though the jacket was new and still had the tags on it. Not to mention that they're the only place in town that sells Carhartts. Lady was flat rude about it. Definately just gonna order direct from Carhartt from now on.
Not bad they have tools not knock offs hardware and hunting gear mind = blown .............
