A nightmare from start to end! Our booking was for 3 vans and 4 people to move us. On moving day only 2 vans and 1 mover (and a driver who was roped in to help) turned up - late and with no communication to tell us there was a problem. Despite the 2 men who DID turn up working their socks off, there had to be multiple trips to empty the vans and return for more: we didn’t complete the move until after 7pm, creating issues for our buyers moving in.
