TERRIBLE and unprofessional company!! I had a friend refinance with Rob Bauman and Rob gave me information about her income. Next, My Dad gave Rob all of what he needed to refinance for his loan and was waiting and had not heard from him. Rob then proceeded to call and told me to tell my Dad he was NOT going to do it anymore because It was TOO hard. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all! He complains about his boss/owner lots too.
