First off, it takes far too long to talk to somebody at the local branch going through the automated system. Second, when I went there in person the door was locked. Lights are on sign said open, it was 2:00 p.m. I rang the little bell and nobody came to the door. Unfortunately inconvenient, back to ordering things online.
Since my only encounter with the company was today with the drop-off of supplies, I feel it's a little early to really remark on how well the company works. I must say that Dave, the service/delivery man, was punctual and arrived at the noted time, very friendly, very informative, full of information and was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very at ease to ask questions of him. If the rest of the company works as well as Dave did, I am sure I will be pleased with our working relationship.
