Azokat a lakásokat amiket kezelnek nem felügyelik és a lehető legrosszabb bérlőknek adjak ki a lakásokat , olyanoknak akiknek mások biztos nem adjak ki! A lakásokat nem ellenőrzik szörnyű állapotban kerülnek vissza a tulajdonosoknak ! Beázás , probléma esetén szinte nem lehet felvenni velük a kapcsolatot csak hétköznap 4 óráig ! Senkinek nem ajánlom, csak bajod lesz velük !!
I was looking for an apartment last year and contracted with this company. It was my first experience of renting an apartment in Europe and I was in a hurry. When I moved out of the apartment I was charged 270 euros for cleaning. They deducted it from the deposit, which was returned a week after I handed over the keys. Thank god these people don't run countries. Your taxes would be 90%. If I can give zero stars I would. Their common costs are way too high, check other apartments in the same building and you will see how much you overpay. They increase rent yearly and you will not get anything from your deposit. They claim it's to fix the apartment. But the painting cost is 300 euros and cleaning is 300 euros? If you get a prime minister to clean the apartment it would be cheaper. Дуже вдячна за неймовірно чудову співпрацю. Були деякі складнощі на початку з мовним бар'єром (я не розмовляю ні угорською ні англійської, спілкування і листування тільки через додаток "translate"). Кауцію повернули згідно договору. Бажаю вашій команді тільки позитивних клієнтів.
