I tried to phone the Home Maintenance at 4.20pm on Friday 30/6/17 and it went to engaged. Tried several times and no message just rings and then cuts out. I think that an answering machine message is warranted to let people advise what their situation is and then someone can get back to them to help. Maybe give office hours etc to help the caller understand the process etc. Jan B for my mum
