Elisa is very helpful. Great service. I got my car refinance with Home Loans Mackay. I worked mondays to fridays computer facing job. And I just purchased my first home that same week lots of digital paperwork. I requested if we can do less computer/digital paperwork. She helped throughout as per I requested as little as possible of digital processing (only the unavoidable, unskippable ones). Easy, less stress, really great service.
