Norma is great. I was a first time buyer with a whole lot of anxiety and questions lol She was extremely attentive and patient. To say a lot of hand holding happened, is an understatement. Y'all don't get discouraged! She will shoot you straight...it may not be what you want to hear, but she has your best interest at heart . My husband and I at 1st were given false information from a previous lender and someone recommended me to Norma with VanDyke mortgage.
