ANY NEW appliances come with a 2 year in house warranty for both pArts and labor. We take pride in the quality of appliances we sell and service we provide. YOU CAN Also shop OUR store online AT times to view inventory.

Bought an older used dryer for my parents 2 years ago. Far as I know has had no issues, still using it. Price was fair for age/condition.
Zero Stars if I could. Sold me a used washer and dryer that didn't work came out a couple times to fix and still didn't work. Finally I told them to just take back the pieces of junk. They wrote me a refund check. When I tried to cash it my bank told me there was no such account. I tried calling numerous times with no answer. They are thieves!!! Horrible!!!
I kept swiping left to give them zero stars but yelp wouldn't let me do it. Bought a fridge from there for a rental property, asked for a warranty and they said they only did 30 days. I found our later going to their website that they advertise a year long warranty. Tenant had fridge for 45 days before it broke down. I went to the store on a Friday and then again on Monday during business hours but no one was there and the doors were locked. Left two messages, have not gotten a call back. Scammers. I bought two fridges from them. The big one did not work and it has been two weeks of them making appointments to come and fix this fridge and they never show up! Even though you get a 30 day warranty. Clearly they do not honor that warranty at all! Then they never answer the phone or call you back after you leave a message. Terrible way to run a business I will make sure to never tell anyone about this business and never go there again.
Bought a kitchen appliance set from HLR. Was happy with the purchase. They gave a 14 day warranty (now 4 weeks after my purchase and everything works great still). Would recommend to others. I will warn, although on a busy street, they can be tricky to find, the GPS tried to take me to Itasca when it was Wood Dale.
