As a contractor who deals with Dovida in supplying and installing mobility help in the homes of their clients I have found Dovida to be very organized and professional. Never an issue.
We have been using home instead for the last 4 years. Never have we seen so much confusion in one company no communication with there clients who is coming and some of the caregivers they send you don't know what they are doing. In the last 6 months we have had never ending problems with them. To the extent of our fridge being left off and a freezer full of food gone off. Was told that basically not our problem.
