My mum has been with Dovida Melbourne Outer North East since April 2025 and couldn't be happier with both carers and our Care Manager. Our carers are friendly, caring and attentive and all mum's needs for supplies and services are very well managed by the team, including rostering of schedules. Always kept updated. Certainly can recommend them highly.
In my view, Home Instead is an employer of choice, and I thoroughly enjoy working with them. My needs as a caregiver are always met, and the clients I’ve worked with over the past 18 months have been endearing and special. The staff treats me with the utmost respect and care. The training available to all caregivers is greatly appreciated, and I can’t forget the wonderful social gatherings and quarterly caregiver meetings we have. Home Instead is truly the number one employer.
