So disappointed with management and this company. Dad was admitted to hospital on 17th Jan 2025 (They were aware of this) Dad passed on the 24th Jan 2025.(My Aged Care notified them) To date (5th Feb 2025) not a phone call, sms or email. They don't care about their clients. Caregivers Emmanuel and Shane were excellent with taking care of Dad.

Since engaging Home Instead Inner North dad's care has exceeded expectations. His independence at home, encouragement from and engaging with carers has been terrific.
