Home Instead were an amazing in-home aged care service, and the new Dovida are just as good. The staff are mature, very well qualified, experienced and unskilled regularly. Also very kind and understanding, caring for the whole family as well as the 'client'. I cannot speak more highly of them after 3 years of care for all 3 of my aged relatives. From the admin, the coordinators and the carers they were all caring, polite and prompt in service delivery.
I have worked in the Clarkson office on and off since the office opened. It is a lovely office to work in but what I have enjoyed the most is the chance to catch up with the CAREGivers that pop in to either speak with the Client Coordinators or the Scheduling Coordinators or to collect some more supplies for their day to day requirements whilst caring for our lovely Home Instead clients.
