The Rockdale team have always been very professional, friendly and supportive when calling through to request anything. I can’t praise Care Manager Natasha’s work enough. Natasha is caring, compassionate and dedicated. She is professional in her role as a Care Manager, has gone above and beyond by supporting mum get help where needed. She has been a breath of fresh air for mum and ensured a smooth transition to Home Instead. Highly recommended
The staff in Rockdale office and the carers that come for mum are all terrific. Nothing is a problem and they all look to do more.

Home Instead have been wonderful in providing excellent home care to my mum. They are very reliable, punctual and friendly. The cleaning lady is extremely thorough and excellent at her job and very friendly and sociable. The same goes for the gardener and the podiatrist. I can honestly say they have made my life so much easier by taking care of so many things for mum and I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent home care.
