I have never written a review about this store because I didn't want to bad mouth them but now that they are closing down I don't care. I have been to this store a few times now over the years. Every time I have walked out with nothing because the customer service is SO BAD I refuse to give them my money. Always acknowledge as soon as I walk in the door, even if they are busy with another custmoer. We get all our house-warming gifts hand picked by the team, presented beautifully. Just a wonderful experience and I will keep coming back. Thank you Ladies. From the team at Wood Real Estate.
Visited Home Inspiration today around 10:40 am to buy a knife. One gentleman was very kind and helpful, but another lady was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful 😡even walked off to get coffee while being asked about a product. If this store is struggling with low sales or low income, I’m 100% sure the main reason is that lady’s attitude.Poor customer service like this pushes customers away. I recommend Myer Centre instead ❤️ same products, much better service.
Walked into store along with other people lady at counter with short bobbed blonde hair just stared and did not acknowledge us at all.Walked around for a while still no service .Then she decided to come and ask were we happy looking with the most sour face .Still no hello .Then a lovely tall dark hair lady. Came and acknowledged us and was so helpful .Sorry home inspiration but the lady is costing you as no service means no sale spent money elsewhere.
This store sold me a faulty Thermos flask that didn't keep food hot and I was not offered a refund... Be careful of store policies and inferior products.
