The ladies in this store were so helpful - they put together a few gorgeous bridesmaid proposal gift bags for me. Hamptons white bags and tissue paper (no heavy branding which was nice for gifting) made them perfect, and I added in pink Prosecco from the liquor store around the corner too
I was in the Geelong store recently. The blond middle age attendant was so rude. These people have to get a grip on themselves. To the owner- if you don't have good sales staff you wont make the sales!
this place provides some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced!! their greed outweighs their concern for the customer’s satisfaction. never coming here again, i am truly displeased with their service.
