The service was terrible. I waited over 10 minutes to get served to get Balloons filled. The cost was excessively high as well and when I went back the balloons were just sitting there. I only went here cause Big W didn’t have the number ballon I wanted. Next time I will just go to a different Big W where it will be cheaper and better customer service
I spent $32 and bought a balloon at 4:30pm. When I arrived home on 5pm, the balloon cannot float...it only last 30mins. I went back to the store but it has been closed. Super disappointed!!!!!!!!!! ☹️ Update: I have emailed this shop on the same day and 4 day passed I have not received any replies from this shop. VERY DISAPPOINTED
