Rich and Rob = Absolute Legends 🐐🐐 Walked into Armstrong’s Home Hardware today with a patio door handle situation that could only be described as wonky chaos. Turns out finding a flush-mount handle with 6 ⅝″ screw spacing is basically like finding Bigfoot. But Rich and Rob? They solutioned it. On the spot. No charge. Just pure kindness, patience, and wizard-level hardware skills. 10/10 — You guys are the real MVPs! Thank you!
This rating is solely based on the paint dept. We purchased paint in one of their own colours. Surprised when we went to paint and it was blue and not cream colour. They said it was in the computer wrong so we must have been the first people to buy this colour and they tried to make the blue paint cream, which of course did not work. Took their swatch to Home Depot and got it matched not problem. This was my first time trying home hardware paint, and the last.
