This rating is solely based on the paint dept. We purchased paint in one of their own colours. Surprised when we went to paint and it was blue and not cream colour. They said it was in the computer wrong so we must have been the first people to buy this colour and they tried to make the blue paint cream, which of course did not work. Took their swatch to Home Depot and got it matched not problem. This was my first time trying home hardware paint, and the last.Â
Every time I visit I always get exceptional service. The team is knowledgeable and friendly.Â
Really helpful staff! I called in about getting an additional paint can, and they were able to pull up my file and have it ready for me when I arrived. I didn’t have to wait at all. I truly appreciate the extra effort, going above and beyond makes such a difference!Â
