They went out of business without even any notification which left us high and dry without any services They were garbage from the beginning. never should have used them.
The first time our system went down it took me 6 hours to get in contact with someone. I had to go to a computer repair store and pay to have the computer we purchased from them fixed. It's normal business hours and they are once again not answering their phones. They have also blocked their number and blocked me on Facebook. Their customer service is terrible. You cannot rely on them to provide your life safety systems.
